Taco Paté

Taco Paté is wonderful on a salad, in a lettuce wrap or as a vegetable dip! Try some Rawcos!

Soaking time: 2 hours
Time to Create: 15 minutes

  • 2 cups of raw Almonds
  • 1 Red pepper chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Cumin seasoning
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • Add Lemon and Cilantro if desired

1. Strain the almonds.
2. Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until almost smooth.

Will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
