Time to create: 15 minutes
- 1 head of Cabbage
- 1 cup Cashews
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- 4 Tbsp. Almond milk
- 1/4 cup Agave or Honey
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
- Process the Cashews, Olive oil, Lemon juice, Onion powder, Almond milk, Agave and Sea salt.
- Chop the Cabbage and add some shredded Carrots if desired.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage in a container or bowl and mix well.
- Chill overnight.
