Time to chill: 2 hours
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Stevia or juice of half an Apple
- 1/2 tsp. Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. Nama Shoyu
- To make the dressing mix the Apple cider vinegar, Stevia or juice, Salt and Nama Shoyu.
- Slice the Cucumber into small pieces and pour the dressing over them in container.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to let the flavors soak in.
Makes 2 servings.
