Banana Chocolate Chip Ice Cream


This recipe was created to resemble the kind of ice cream they make at Cold stone Creamery where I worked during my high school years. I created a raw recipe that uses real bananas just like the Coldstone recipe. I loved eating it with chocolate chips thus the chocolate in this recipe. The chocolate chips are not required but they do compliment it well.

Time to create: 15 minutes
Additional time to freeze.
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Dried Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Agave
  • 2 dried Pineapple slices
  • Dash of Sea salt
  • Raw Chocolate Chips(Optional)

  1. In a blender or food process mix all of the ingredients.
  2. Place in an ice cream maker until solid or freeze it until it's slightly frozen.

Makes 2-3 Servings.
