- 2 cups Sunflower seeds
- 2 cups Cashews
- 2 cups Flaxseeds
Replenish when needed:
- Agave
- Coconut butter
- Kelp powder
- Sprouted bread
- Olive Oil
- Sea salt
- Nama Shoyu
- Cocoa powder
- Stevia
- Lecithin
