Soak time: 1-2 hours
Time to create: 15 minutes
Dehydrate time: 6 hours
2 cups Groats
1/4 cup Agave
2 T. Almond butter
Dash of Cinnamon
Dash of Sea Salt
- Soak the Groats for 1-2 hours and then strain out the water.
- In a bowl mix the Agave, Almond butter, Cinnamon and Salt.
- Add the mixture to the Groats and cover entirely.
- Spread it onto Texflex sheets and dehydrate for 6-8 hours at 110 degrees.
- Break it apart and eat by itself or with your favorite milk.
Will keep in an airtight container for 2 weeks.
I love this cereal with almond milk and banana slices. It is such a simple breakfast.
