Cere-rawl

This is a raw cereal made from Groats. Feel free to be creative and throw in dried fruits, nuts, etc.

Soak time: 1-2 hours
Time to create: 15 minutes
Dehydrate time: 6 hours

2 cups Groats
1/4 cup Agave
2 T. Almond butter
Dash of Cinnamon
Dash of Sea Salt
  1. Soak the Groats for 1-2 hours and then strain out the water.
  2. In a bowl mix the Agave, Almond butter, Cinnamon and Salt.
  3. Add the mixture to the Groats and cover entirely.
  4. Spread it onto Texflex sheets and dehydrate for 6-8 hours at 110 degrees.
  5. Break it apart and eat by itself or with your favorite milk.
Makes 4-5 Servings.
Will keep in an airtight container for 2 weeks.
I love this cereal with almond milk and banana slices. It is such a simple breakfast.
